Alex Besikian, an artist hailing from France, graduated from the Fine Arts School in Paris in 2012. He utilizes collected photographs as sampling materials, recreating their details and parts through drawing to give birth to new abstract forms. Since 2010, he has been showcasing his works and publications at various exhibitions and art book fairs in both Paris and Tokyo.
 
For Sillage, Alex has crafted new artworks in the Sillage style, and we have printed these scanned images onto fabric. The style of these new pieces is the signature Sillage silhouette, known for its wide and boxy shape, as known as  "over shirts short sleeve "
