For our first SS23 drop, we wanted to deviate away from our signature silhouettes that you all know and love, and instead, we decided to introduce a few new ideas we’ve quietly been working on—alongside our brand new Sillage Gurkha Trousers and Gurkha Shorts, we’ll be introducing one of our favorite new designs here, the Sillage V-neck Henley Popover Shirt.
 
Knowing that the Henley shirt has historically been seen as a casual workwear garment, we decided that our version would feature small adjustments and details that add a flare of elegance, redefining this historic piece and what it stands for. 
 
We first had the shirts cut in our wide signature cut, and then we added large slits on the sides that go up from the hem of the shirt. We then tied on herringbone drawcords onto the hem slits, allowing the wearer to either style the shirt with the cords beautifully hanging from the sides as an accent piece, or with the cords tied together to customize the hem of the shirt. For the color, we decided to go with an undyed natural colorway, perfect for any Spring or Summer outfit.  
 
The fabric is organic cotton linen chambray 
high count and dry touch
