Our latest project here at Sillage takes another step in the right direction as we shift our focus more and more to incorporate the concepts of sustainability and up-cycling into our core beliefs.

After carefully sourcing a small collection of pieces, we cut the uniforms into square patches and then sewed them together to create sheets of patchwork fabric.

From there, we then had our artisans in Tokyo re-work the patchwork sheets by hand and had them cut, assemble, stitch, and sew the different sections of the sheet together. Afterward, the clothes were then sent to our factory in Okayama for the buttoning process.

No two products are the same, and each one will be numbered and elephant drawing  by hand by a good friend Naoyuki Yoda

This stole has been made using US antique handstitched fabric from the '30s.

Our New stole is an incredible piece we were excited to debut. It is incredibly oversized, with wide flowing dimensions that allow it to be the perfect unique piece for layering over or under any  outfit, while still being an incredibly functional piece that’ll help keep you warm through the outdoors, or even while you’re out on a calm chilly walk outside. It features  two large open pockets to provide the wearer with quick/easy storage options for any occasion.

その工程を全て一人の職人が担当し、。

最後に一人のアーティストがハンドペイントでナンバリングしていく。

そして全てアイテムが１つずつ違う表情に。

長い工程を経るからこその価値と。

使い古したものにまた新たな価値を与える。

そんな新しい提案をしていくコレクションです。

このストールはアメリカのビンテージのフェイクスエードシャツを使用しています。

アーティストの依田氏によるハンドドローのナンバリングと象が描かれています。

スタイルは大きな生地をそのまま纏うをテーマに開発した新たなストール。

2m強の幅の生地を大きく羽織るだけでなく袖を通すことができ、襟をショールカラーにすると大きなジレのようなシルエットになります。生地の美しさがダイレクトに反映されるので、今回のようなテキスチャーのユニークな生地に最適なアイテムです。

おすすめはアウターの上から羽織るスタイル。
